Let's ring in the 4th of July by declaring freedom from slow enlights and maturity grinding!

Thursday night through Sunday, enlight rates will be doubled

Starting today, until I can formalize it in code, I will offer the option to manually set character stats, replacing matures -- the caveats:

• you can assign a total of 48 points on top of your chargen stats (equivalent to four 12-point matures)
• one stat can be set at high as 32, a second stat can be set as high as 28, and the remaining stats can be set as high as 25
• the character must have obtained all four matures
• the experience cost is 10k
• only one character, per account, per day
