Much like the config command, you can toggle any item by only specifying that item's name as the first parameter. More commonly you can specify 'on' if you wish to make this item anonymous (hide it in the who list), or 'off' to make it visible. The default is off.

If you wish to set all values at once, you can use 'all' as the item name. You cannot toggle everything at once; you must specify on or off.
