Blood Dusk Helpfiles

Experience is acquired by completing difficult tasks, such as a combat victory or successfully using a skill. The experience you stockpile can then be spent at your skill groups teacher to gain a rank or a special ability. Your score shows three numbers for experience, in the format A/B/C. A is the amount of experience you have acquired throughout your character's career. B is the amount you have spent in the past on ranks and abilities. C is how much is currently available for use to purchase new abilities and gain new ranks, which is the most relevant number.

Experience that you gain from combat will go down when defeating the same or similar person multiple times. Moreover, experience gained from combat defeats in general is determined by a dynamic experience economy.
