| The Church is an ancient and powerful organization, and it draws its power from the very heavens. Those that humble themselves before the One True God may enter the priesthood and learn the ways of theology. Priests have many duties, including carrying the good word to the heathens and preaching to the masses. But they also have many benefits. Priest pray to their god to request health and protection for their allies, disease and peril for their enemies, sanctuary to protect them in times of need, or even tormentation for the lowest of the church's enemies. But at all times priests must remain humble and stay in the favor of their god. Else their prayers may fall upon deaf ears. Priests do not rely on any stat in particular, but intelligence, will, and bearing can often be of use. |
